		<description>amen to that, the whole thing!  can I syndicate your miss list onto my blog??? &lt;br/&gt;About coming back, I think once you have lived in that culture even for a little while it makes you see things here differently.  The gentle friendliness everyone there showed us made me realize that if you approach the world with openness it will respond with equal warmth and I feel like so far it&#039;s worked. Even in just looking at people- there are people, not all of them crazy, who will you in the eye and smile, it&#039;s just that most of us just don&#039;t look back.   (we&#039;ll see how long my new bravery lasts in NY...)</description>
